Mom’s Meals We used this company because it provides pureed meals for persons with dysphagia. Shipped frozen for quick reheating from five different locations nationally. We used the weekly subscription option, which could be customized online each week, if needed. Prices were reasonable for each meal. They also work with insurance, Medicare and Medicaid to provide prescribed meals. (I did not know insurance would pay if prescribed . . . paid out of pocket. Be smarter than me!) Besides pureed meals, they have diabetic, gluten-free, renal friendly and other options.

This Canadian company is the one we used when our loved one became wheelchair bound and needed help for everything. The shirts made things so much easier for him. . . and caretakers. Shoulder snap strips were easy to use — I called them his “snappy shirts”. They were comfortable and easy care. Timesaver every day.
